Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better. The deadline for early registration is August 31st and late registration is October 26th. After this date, registration must be made on the Conference site at the registration desk

For final acceptance of a paper, one of the authors must be registered before August, 31st. Each registered participant can present up to two papers, only one in the case of Student registrations.

Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and the original will be given to you upon your arrival at the Histelcon 2010 Registration desk at Gran Vía 28.

In Case you pay directly at he Conference desk only cash payments are allowed and must be in euros.

Important Note: It is extremely important to include your name in any of the means of payment shown above and to send to the Histelcon Organizing Committee a copy of your deposit or electronic transfer, by e-mail acarravilla@aeit.es or fax (+34-91 308 29 59)

The registration fee deducted of EUR 50 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to acarravilla@aeit.es no later than October 1st. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided

The refund will be processed one month after the symposium, less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.
